  • Setting out Goals and Creating Tailored Anna Jay Nutrition DublinPlans
Together we will  identifying your goals (e.g. increase strength, improve fitness, weight loss) and I will write  personalised programme for you.
  • One-to-One and/or Group Sessions 
This is the best part – where I will get you through your exercise programme. Sessions are challenging and they are fun and always aiming towards your goals. Perfect for those who are not much enthusiastic about taking part in the session and need extra motivation.
  • Monitoring Your Progress 
I will write new programs and track your progress. Your health, weight, fitness, and strength will be recorded and monitored on regular basis so that you can constantly adjust to new challenges.
  • Education
I will keep you up to date with fitness and nutrition information so you can always move towards improvement.
  • Resistance and Acceleration training
Specialised programmes incorporating Power Plates for those who suffer from Osteoporosis, MS, Cellulite. If you are interested to find out more bout benefits of this type of training check out the research below.

ONE TO ONE SESSION
  • duration 40 min each session
  • PRICE: €400 for 10 sessions
  • 30 min assessment
GROUP SESSION-FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BASIC LEVEL OF FITNESS 
  • duration 30 min each session
  • PRICE: €240 for 1 month
  • training 3 times a week
  • based on 4 people in the group
  • 30 min assesment
